JUMP ACROBAT - BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE TRAMPOLINE LESSONS

Singapore Trampoline Academy’s JUMP ACROBAT Program is a recreational “Learn to Trampoline” skills program based Long Term Trampoline Athlete Development (LTTAD) model released by Gymnastics Canada.  The program is broken down into different age groups to fit appropriately into the LTTAD. Trampolinists hone strength and tumbling skills on the floor and trampoline, as well as exploring locomotor skills, safety rolls, balance, gaining spacial and body awareness.

Jump Acrobat 5-9yrs old (1hr Session) - MONDAY 4-5pm

Jump Acrobat 10+ yrs old (1hr Session) - SUNDAY 10-11am

Jump Acrobat Flyers (1hr Session) - SUNDAY 11-12noon

Seasoned JA trampoline athletes/or whom had gone through STA JA Program levels 1-5, covered the basics and is interested to further explore somersaulting on the trampoline with or without twisting, and without the pressure of being competitive.

Jump Acrobat Adults (1hr Session) - MONDAY 8-9pm, THURSDAY 8-9pm, SUNDAY 9-10am

It’s never too late to learn how to jump, flip and move with confidence.

STA’s Jump Acrobat Adult class is designed for adults of all experience levels, from complete beginners to those returning to trampoline or wanting to develop their aerial skills.

STA COMPETITIVE PATHWAY (By invite only)

Jump Acrobat Dev/ Pre-comp (1.5hr session) - MONDAY 5pm - 630pm, SATURDAY 11am - 1230pm

For young trampolinists who are ready to take their training a little more seriously and explore the competitive pathway.

JA Dev/Pre-comp bridges the gap between recreational classes and STA’s Competitive Squad, with greater focus on technique, routine development, body control and competition readiness. Athletes may be invited into the Competitive Squad once they demonstrate the required skills, consistency and right training attitude.

STA TEAM-X SQUAD/DOUBLES CLUB (2hr sessions)

STA Team-X Squad program align with Singapore Gymnastics National Development Program and the latest Technical Handbook for Trampoline Gymnastics. Squad members use the Jump Acrobat Fundamentals as a stepping stone to undertaking the more advanced trampoline skills including somersaults. Competitive trampoline athletes undertake individual bespoke training programs and goal setting to maximize performance potential.  Team-X athletes train with clear performance goals while developing the resilience, discipline and confidence needed for competitive sport.

STA Doubles Club is for athletes who have progressed to training double somersault skills and are entering a more advanced stage of trampoline development. Entry into the Doubles Club is based on technical readiness and coach assessment. More than just a training group, it represents a significant milestone in an athlete’s trampoline development — one that reflects strong foundations, commitment and readiness to progress into more advanced skills.
